I Am Zar

Excited to share the trailer for my new game, I Am Zar! Developed in Unreal Engine 5.3 over 10 weeks as part of my master’s project for a game design course, this project is my take on a soulslike experience, inspired by action titles like The Witcher, Dark Souls, and Ghost of Tsushima. The trailer highlights a vertical slice of the game, featuring: 1.) Four distinct combat stances, each with unique effects, attack combos, and projectiles. 2.) Enemy AI behaviors, including Guard, Patrol, Chase, and Engage. 3.) Motion warping for enemy AI attacks and select player combos. 4.) An intro cutscene that sets the stage for the story. 5.)
